Red Oak Media House, LLC provides the BlueWater Marlin website report reader. This notice supplements the Privacy Policy. It does not change how the iOS app handles your saved spots, fishing records or device information.

No report signup

You do not create an account or provide a name or email address to read a report. The report reader has no subscription, marina application or contact-submission forms. It does not send reports by email.

What a destination choice sends

Choosing a destination requests its report from the website service. The destination identifier appears in the page address and the report request. It identifies the place you selected, not your GPS position. The report page does not request device location or access your app records.

The server retrieves an approved report from private storage and returns its report text, area, dates and source labels. Storage credentials and internal storage addresses are not part of that response. A missing report remains unavailable; a historical example is not substituted for your selected destination.

Hosting records and temporary data

Microsoft Azure provides hosting and storage. Ordinary web requests can include your IP address, browser information, requested destination, time and result. Microsoft processes hosting information under its service terms and Privacy Statement. Provider-controlled records follow the applicable provider settings and terms.

The reader does not save a profile or contact record. Short-lived server memory may hold report content and aggregate request counters to reduce repeated storage reads and limit abuse. The page does not use browser storage to save your choices or add advertising or cross-site tracking.

The first-party diagnostic retention limits and exceptions in the Privacy Policy apply. Removing email delivery does not mean ordinary hosting records cease to exist.

Your choices

You can read the historical example without selecting a destination. Without JavaScript, the example and explanatory text remain readable, but destination search does not run. For privacy questions or requests, use the contact and rights information in the Privacy Policy.
